Our worldwide shipping possibilities are listed in our checkout section. Please note our information regarding shipping: We’re out enjoying the sun with family and friends Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, but we will send out all purchases made through our shop as soon as possible.

RETURN & REPAIRS
We fully understand - some eyewear just aren’t meant to be. If you didn’t love your sunglasses, we offer a simple and easy return service within 14 days after receiving your order. We are happy to offer a full refund for orders within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original FLATLIST packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return. We send all of our shades with a black Faux leather case, green microfiber cleaning cloth and a FLATLIST box.
*Please remember to write “RETURN AND REPAIRS” on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a protracted delay of your return – and in worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.

*Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. Return shipping costs are not covered by FLATLIST.
Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will refund the total product value. A refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. We require that you ship the returned goods with a valid track and trace number for security and to make sure the package will not disappear during transit.
We do not offer exchanges on any items. Instead, simply follow the instructions above and you will be issued a refund when we receive the unwanted product. In the mean time, you can place an order for the correctly sized item and it will be shipped immediately.
